We design and administer surveys through mail, email, the Web, and the phone. Our surveys are designed to be easily understood and collect data using validated measures. We work with clients on every stage of the design—from creating a sampling plan to selecting key areas of analysis we make sure your survey is relevant, accurate, and produces the insights our clients need.
Insyt Analytics has experience interviewing a wide range of stakeholders—from youth and community members, state and national policymakers, to staff and leadership of our client agencies. Interviews add depth and meaning to our research, uncovering programmatic subtleties that are hard to capture with quantitative data alone.
Insyt Analytics uses focus groups to capture broader themes and information from a wide array of subjects, which helps inform research design, provide context, capture intangible program outcomes, or gather feedback at key milestones. Our team has experience with every facet of the process, from recruiting participants and designing question guides to managing logistics and facilitating the groups.
We provide a range of data services for our clients. Sometimes clients need data analyzed they have already collected or are publicly available (e.g., Bureau of Labor Statistics). Other clients will request we collect primary and secondary data to analyze as part of a larger research initiative. Our data and analytics team is well versed in gathering, cleaning, managing, and analyzing large and small data sets using appropriate research and statistical modeling methods.
